Managing My Orders
When will I be billed for my order?
Your preferred payment method will be billed after your order is submitted. If you are on a monthly subscription, your preferred payment method will be billed each month on the same day you submitted your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Returns and Cancellations
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact Customer Support at 1-833-538-3510 or email@example.com to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be unopened. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the returned item. We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or inaccurate products. The customer is responsible for return shipping labels.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How can I cancel my order?
Once you place an order, you cannot make changes to your order. Contact Customer Support at 1-833-538-3510 or email@example.com to request a return.
Can I change contact information on my account?
Yes, you can! You can manage your contact information, billing and shipping addresses, as well as your payment information under your “My Account” page.
Can I edit my next subscription ship date?
To make changes to your subscription, contact Customer Support at 1-833-538-3510 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I reactivate my subscription?
Yes, you can reactivate your subscription at any time under your “My Account” page or contact Customer Support at 1-833-538-3510 or email@example.com for assistance.
When will my subscription delivery arrive?
Your first subscription delivery will arrive 5-7 business days after you place the order. Expect subsequent deliveries to arrive 30 days from the first delivery date.
Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
We currently ship only to the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. We charge an additional fee for Canadian deliveries starting at $59.00 USD.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
How long does it take for my products to arrive?
Shipping in the continental United States typically takes 5-7 business days.
Are your products gluten-free?
All Level TEN Health products are free of gluten.
Are your products soy free?
POWER and ENERGY are soy-free. FOCUS contains soy.
Are your products vegan?
POWER and ENERGY are vegan. FOCUS is not vegan. The ingredients in FOCUS are vegan except for vitamin D. The vitamin D is sourced from lamb’s wool.
Is there any sugar in your products?
POWER and FOCUS are both free of added sugar. FOCUS is encapsulated, so it doesn’t require any sweeteners. POWER is sweetened with stevia and luo han guo fruit extract: two natural, non-caloric, low-glycemic sweeteners. ENERGY contains 2 grams of organic cane sugar per serving.
Are your products organic?
POWER is made with organic ingredients. ENERGY and FOCUS are not organic. While we are 100 percent supportive of organic farming, many of the ingredients we think are best for supporting sharp focus and balanced energy are not available organically.
What is California Prop 65?
Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to people in California about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.
Level TEN Health products are grown and sourced in the best possible conditions and do not contain high levels of anything dangerous; however, California requires Prop 65 warning labels on our products because we are a California company and we need to comply with all federal and international mandates as our products are GRAS (generally recognized as safe) certified. Can I take the products while I’m pregnant?
Please consult your physician or other health care professional before taking any dietary supplements while pregnant.
How do you ensure quality?
We believe the quality of a product begins with its formulation. We use premium-quality ingredients from suppliers we trust. Our ingredients are in bioavailable forms you can absorb and utilize, and backed by science showing their efficacy. Our products are manufactured in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) state-of-the-art facility that adheres to stringent quality standards. Our raw materials and finished products are regularly tested to ensure they meet strict federal standards for heavy metals, pesticides, bacteria/mold/yeast, and other undesirables before they get to wear the Level TEN Health label.
