Spaghetti Squash is a terrific alternative to pasta. It has low carbohydrates has the same texture as noodles. Ground Turkey is leaner than red meat. Avoid the unhealthy effects of red meat with ground turkey. Organic Tomato Sauce is simple and healthy. Read the label before buying your tomato sauce and check for minimal ingredients.

Chicken Tacos

Enjoy taco night without the unhealthy tortilla. Butter Lettuce is large enough to put all your favorite vegetables in your tacos and has a nice crisp texture just like a taco shell. Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids.
