2 Cups - Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 - Green or Frozen Banana
1 Cup - Kale
Put the Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/4 Green Banana, Kale and 1/2 cup of ice in the blender.
Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
